and/or their selling agents have arranged the described tour by reserving available transportation, meals and accommodations from independent companies. The passenger, by accepting tickets and vouchers for this trip, do for themselves and their heirs, release, remise and discharge Newton International Ltd. and their agents and employees, from any and all claims, responsibility, damage or liability of any nature for personal injury to the passenger, damage or loss to any passenger's property, or for delay of any nature during the described tour (such as delay or change in air or other transportation services, sickness, weather, industrial action (strikes), war, quarantine, etc.). Tour agents provide for arrangement only at the stated times. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments to the itinerary.

Prices of this tour are bases on current tariffs, foreign applicable taxes and rates of exchange, and are subject to adjustment in the event of any changes thereto when final payment is requested.

The right is reserved to decline to accept, or to retain, any person as a member of this tour.

Baggage is the passenger's responsibility.
