A $250 deposit per person is required at time of registration of which $50 is a non-refundable processing fee. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation within 30 days will forfeit a further $100, plus any other cancellation fees imposed by hotels or suppliers. Air fare payments are according to fare conditions applicable, but are usually non-refundable after issue.

  • U.S. DOMESTIC AIR FARES: The cost of fares to/from Los Angeles are  not included unless otherwise stated.
  • INSURANCE: Trip baggage, accident and medical cover is recommended but not provided.
  • PASSPORTS & VISAS: A  valid U.S. passport is required. Correct documentation is the passenger's  responsibility.
  • ITEMS OF A PERSONAL NATURE: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with meals, (excluding tea and coffee), telephone calls, laundry charges.
NOTE: Tour operation is subject to a minumum of 15 persons reserved to travel by January 14, 2006.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY

NEWTON INTERNATIONAL LTD/Culinary Concepts LLC and /or their selling agents have arranged the described tour by reserving available transportation, meals and accommodations from independent companies. The passenger, by accepting tickets and vouchers for this trip, do for themselves and their heirs, release, remise and discharge Newton International Ltd/Culinary Concepts LLC and their agents and employees, from any and all claims, responsibility, damage or liability of any nature for personal injury to the passenger, damage or loss to any passenger's property, or for delay of any nature during the described tour (such as delay or change in air or other transportation services, sickness, weather, industrial action (strikes), war, quarantine, etc.). Tour agents provide for arrangement only at the stated times. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments to the itinerary.

Prices of this tour are based on current tariffs, foreign applicable taxes and rates of  exchange, and a minumum of 15 persons reserved to travel by January 14, 2006, and are subject to adjustment in the event of any changes thereto when final payment is requested.

The right is reserved to decline to accept, or to retain, any person as a member of this tour.

Baggage is the passenger's responsibility.
